I recently discovered an earlier set of daily paintings in my studio - all inspired by the East Coast beachcombing of my childhood. I decided I should post it when my dear friend, Nancy, noticed it in the background of an old photo and inquired about it the same day I had brought them inside to photograph. Interesting but happy coincidence. This is the first of four, painted in 2005.
